By accessing or using FranchiseCostCalc.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Site.

Description of Service

Franchise Cost Calc provides free online franchise cost calculator tools and educational content based on Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) data. Our calculators help prospective franchisees estimate the initial investment required to open a franchise location. All calculators run entirely in your browser. We do not require registration, accounts, or personal information to use our tools.

Disclaimer of Accuracy

The cost estimates provided by our calculators are based on data from Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) filed by franchisors, as well as publicly available franchise industry sources. These estimates are intended for informational and budgeting purposes only.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any cost estimate. Actual franchise investment costs vary significantly based on your location, real estate market, buildout requirements, timing, franchise agreement terms, and other factors. Our estimates should not be used as a substitute for reviewing the current FDD directly from the franchisor.

Always review the franchisor's current FDD and consult with a franchise attorney and financial advisor before making any investment decision.

The Site contains affiliate links to third-party websites. Our current affiliate partner is Franchise Gator, a franchise discovery platform. We may add additional affiliate partners in the future. We do not currently display third-party advertisements on the Site, but may do so in the future.
